What you need:
- Fabric, whether corduroy, wool or sweat is up to you (take a look at our selection of fabric remnant bags)
- pattern
- buttons
- sewing machine
- Fabric and paper scissors
- needle
- Thread
Sewing instructions
1 First, print out the pattern and cut it out.
2. place the pattern on the main fabric (muslin or sweat) so that all parts fit on the fabric and cut out with the fabric scissors.
3. place the cuff with the fold on the folded side of the fabric and cut out the fabric in two layers.
4 Sew the pocket to the front piece on the right and left.
5. turn the trousers inside out and fold the pocket in half, then lay the trousers down as shown in the photo.
6 Fasten the middle bar with a few stitches.
7. pin the back piece to the front piece at the pocket crease.
8. sew the back piece together on the outer edges of the leg and on the inside of the leg.
9. then turn the pants inside out.
10. fold the legs over at the bottom by approx. 0.5 - 1 cm and sew around.
12. fold the waistband in half and fold it over the top of the trousers with the open side facing upwards.
13 Sew the waistband to the trousers, pulling the waistband fabric a little so that it stretches.
14 Now sew on the buttons.
15. your self-sewn doll or teddy pants are finished.
